Many women are so busy taking care of others, they forget to take time for themselves. In honor of National Women’s Health Week, the following is a list of suggestions you can take to give your body the attention it deserves.
May 16 Friday: Put on your dancing shoes. Dancing can burn about 300 calories per hour, decrease blood pressure and lower your risk of heart disease.
